The American RedCross
In addition to it, some organizations have taken the following initiatives to solicit donations for the earthquake victims.
(1) Explore.org: All you need to do is to click the Like button of the Dog Bless You Facebook page (#dogblessyou, #dogs4japan) and Explore.org will donate a dollar for each of your Likes. More details here.
(2) Microsoft: As posted on the Microsoft’s Twitter account, your each retweet of the message would result in company’s increasing its donations by one dollar per retweet.
(3) Apple: There is a special iTunes link, from where you can chose to make the donations to the Red Cross to benefit the victims. The process is as easy as it is to buy iTune’s music. The suggested donations are in amounts of $5, $10, $25, $50, $100 and $200.
